This study provides insights into the thoracic manifestations of connective tissue diseases (CTDs) using high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT). CTDs encompass a spectrum of autoimmune disorders that often affect the lungs and thoracic structures, leading to various pulmonary manifestations. Through a systematic review and analysis of HRCT findings, this research aims to identify common patterns and abnormalities observed in CTD patients, such as interstitial lung disease, pleural involvement, and pulmonary vascular abnormalities.
