Abstract
Diaphyseal femoral fractures in children present unique challenges in orthopedic management. Titanium elastic nails (TENs) have emerged as a popular treatment modality for these fractures due to their minimally invasive nature and favorable outcomes. This paper reviews the efficacy and outcomes of using TENs for the management of diaphyseal femoral fractures in children. The abstract explores the surgical technique, postoperative care, and clinical outcomes associated with TENs, highlighting their role as an effective treatment approach in pediatric orthopedics.
