Abstract
Iatrogenic Cushing’s Syndrome (ICS) poses significant challenges in clinical practice, particularly regarding its incidence and implications in diverse patient populations. This study investigates the occurrence and ramifications of ICS among patients admitted to a rural medical college hospital. Data was collected over a specified period, focusing on patient demographics, medical history, and treatment regimens contributing to ICS development. Analysis of incidence rates and associated clinical outcomes sheds light on the burden of ICS in rural healthcare settings. Findings underscore the importance of vigilant monitoring and tailored interventions to mitigate the risks of ICS in hospitalized patients.
